Attila grew up in Budapest, Hungary, and while in school he began singing with a rock band called Genius. After he had seen several musicals at the Budapest Rock Theater, he knew he wanted to be a musical actor. In 1989, Attila studied singing, dancing and acting at the Film and Acting Academy in Budapest. One year later, he debuted in the main role of the musical Dorian Gray. In 1991 and 1992, he performed in various other leading roles, including Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar and the role of John in the musical version of the Hungarian novel Be Good Until You Die. He also played Nero in Starmakers. In 1993, he finished his studies and continued his musical career as Chris in Miss Saigon in Budapest. Before he came to Stuttgart, he played the part of Fred and Anatolij in the Musical Chess. Attila has also been seen in the TV versions of Be Good Until You Die and Dorian Gray and has recorded some of his songs from musicals on CD. Attila enjoys windsurfing and tennis.
